[김제/CTN]최동주 기자= 김제시 관계자는 "이번 교육이 가정내 응급상황에서 아이의 응급상황에 침착하게 대처하는 데 도움이 되길 바란다"라며 "앞으로도 소아 진료기관과 협력을 강화해 부모들에게 필요한 교육과 정보를 제공하고, 안심하고 아이를 키울 수 있는 환경을 만들어 가겠다"라고 밝혔다.
김제시는 김제시육아종합지원센터에서 영·유아 부모를 대상으로 진행한 소아 응급처치 교육 '우리 아이를 위한 첫 번째 건강수업, 달빛클래스'를 성공적으로 마쳤다고 발표했다. 중앙응급의료센터가 주관하는 이번 교육은 야간 및 휴일 의료공백을 해소하는 달빛어린이병원을 안내하고 가정 내 부모의 응급 대처 능력을 기르기 위해 기획됐으며, 전북특별자치도 내에서는 김제시가 유일하게 개최 지역으로 선정됐다.
이날 강연은 믿음병원 소아청소년과 하형석 과장이 맡아 소아 발열 및 열성경련 대처법, 올바른 해열제 복용 기준, 영유아 하임리히법과 기도 폐쇄 대처법을 심도 있게 다뤘다. 단순 이론에 그치지 않고 참가자가 직접 체득할 수 있는 실습 중심으로 진행돼 큰 호응을 얻었다.
김제시는 앞으로도 관내 소아 진료기관과의 긴밀한 협조 체계를 유지하며, 부모들이 안심하고 자녀를 양육할 수 있는 양육 친화적 행정 인프라를 확대해 나갈 방침이라고 밝혔다.
