The author, Vice President Kim Jung-han, started his career as an assistant manager, became the first Korean to rise to the position of Vice President and internal registered board member at a Japanese global corporation's Korean subsidiary, and is scheduled to become the company's very first official retiree in November 2026. This book serves as a vivid 27-year practical record and attitude strategy guide from someone who has consistently been chosen to stay until the very end.
