조달청(청장 백승보)은 올해 하반기 정부공사비 산정에 적용할 공통시설자재 6,029개 품목과 시장시공가격 555개 품목 등 총 6,584개 품목에 대한 가격을 결정해 발표했다고 2일 밝혔다. 이번 조사 결과 하반기 시설자재가격은 올해 상반기 대비 평균 4.98% 상승한 것으로 나타났다.세부 항목별으로는 공통자재가 평균 5.30%, 시장시공가격이 평균 1.57% 각각 올랐다.
조달청은 중동 정세 불안 등으로 인한 원자재 가격 상승과 시중노임단가 인상(0.98% 상승) 등이 이번 시설자재 가격 상승을 이끈 주된 요인이라고 설명했다. 실제로 건설공사비지수는 전회 대비 3.80%, 생산자물가지수는 5.57% 각각 상승했다.이번에 결정된 가격은 10월 1일부터 나라장터 및 공사원가통합관리시스템을 통해 공개되며, 오는 10월 12일 기초금액을 발표하는 조달청 공사입찰 건부터 순차적으로 적용될 예정이다.
