[경기/CTN]김지우 기자= 박성환 경기도 문화유산과장은 "이번 축제는 무대 위 예능부터 장인의 손끝에서 탄생한 작품까지 경기도 무형유산의 다양한 모습을 한자리에서 만날 수 있는 자리다"라며 "선대의 전통을 기억하고 미래세대에 이어가는 의미와 함께 폴란드 무형유산과의 특별한 만남도 즐기길 바란다"라고 말했다.
경기도는 오는 10월 16일부터 18일까지 가평문화예술회관에서 '제28회 경기도 무형유산 대축제'를 개최한다고 발표했다. '경기의 멋과 흥, 더불어 잇다 함께 있다'를 부제로 열리는 이번 축제는 경기도 무형유산 보유자와 전승자들이 참여하는 공연, 작품 전시, 제작 과정 시연, 체험 프로그램 등을 다채롭게 선보일 계획이다.
공연 무대에서는 이천거북놀이, 경기검무, 경기송서율창, 양주농악, 퇴계원산대놀이 등 각 지역의 전통예술이 펼쳐진다. 전시 공간에서는 작고한 보유자들의 발자취를 돌아보는 '기억 공간'과 전승교육사의 작품을 소개하는 '미래전'이 마련돼 전통기술의 역사와 연속성을 조명한다. 17일에는 올해 처음 제정된 '경기도 무형유산 전승과 기억의 날' 기념식과 표창 수여식이 함께 진행될 예정이다.
특히 올해는 폴란드 돌노실롱스키에주와의 국제교류 프로그램이 신설돼 전통 민속무용 공연과 700년 전통의 볼레스와비에츠 도자기 43점, 전통 유리공예 13점이 전시된다. 아울러 전통 종이 제작 체험도 함께 운영돼 한지의 고장 가평에서 동서양의 전통문화를 동시에 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.

Notably, an international exchange program with Lower Silesia, Poland, was newly established this year, exhibiting 43 Bolesławiec ceramics with a 700-year history and 13 traditional glass craft items alongside folk dance performances. In addition, traditional papermaking experiences will operate, providing an opportunity to experience both Eastern and Western traditional cultures simultaneously in Gapyeong, a town with paper traditions.
