[나주/CTN]하성매 기자= 강상구 나주시 부시장은 "규제혁신은 행정의 시각이 아닌 시민과 기업이 실제 현장에서 느끼는 불편에서 출발해야 한다"라며 "행정통합 이후 달라지는 지역 여건과 산업환경에 발맞춰 체감할 수 있는 규제혁신 성과로 이어가겠다"라고 말했다. 나주시는 민생 및 지역산업 분야를 중심으로 '지역밀착형 중앙부처 규제개선 과제'를 발굴했다고 밝혔다.
나주시에 따르면 주요 발굴 과제는 중전압직류(MVDC) 전력망 기준 신설, 수직농장 농지 인정기준 개선, 혁신도시 아파트 토지거래허가구역 기준 완화 등이다.
시는 발굴된 과제들을 중앙부처와 관계기관에 제출하고 지속적인 협의를 거쳐 제도 개선을 추진한다는 방침이다.
지방정부가 관내 기업 및 주민들의 건의를 수렴하여 관계 부처에 법령 개정 및 제도 개선 과제를 발굴·제시하는 것은 지자체의 정례적인 규제 개혁 업무다.
