[여수/CTN]하성매 기자= 여수시 관계자는 "섬박람회를 계기로 더 많은 관광객이 여수의 아름다운 섬을 부담 없이 찾을 수 있도록 여객운임 지원사업을 마련했다"라며 "여수 전역의 섬이 매력적인 관광지로 자리매김할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"라고 말했다. 여수시는 2026여수세계섬박람회 기간에 맞춰 타지역민을 대상으로 여객선 및 도선 운임 50% 할인 지원사업을 추진한다고 밝혔다.
여수시에 따르면 이번 사업은 박람회가 개막하는 9월부터 연말까지 진행되며, 관내 여객선과 도선 이용 시 발권 단계에서 운임의 절반을 즉시 할인해 준다.
