[CTN/제주]가금현 기자 = 제주시청소년상담복지센터(센터장 최진범)가 청소년 상담 종사자들의 정서적 피로를 해소하고 건강한 조직문화를 조성하기 위해 뜻깊은 자리를 마련했다.

제주시청소년상담복지센터는 지난 8월 12일(수) 센터 소속 직원을 대상으로 '2026년 하반기 소진예방(Burnout Prevention) 프로그램'을 운영했다고 밝혔다.

이날 오전 센터 내에서 진행된 1부 행사에서는 '친환경 자기돌봄 및 아로마테라피(천연향의 이해와 실천)' 교육이 개최됐다.

참가 직원들은 합성향료와 천연향의 차이점 및 안전한 천연 자원 활용법을 이수한 뒤, 개인 맞춤형 ‘천연 아로마 향수(룸스프레이)’를 직접 제작하며 제로웨이스트(Zero-Waste)와 정서적 자기돌봄을 동시에 실천했다.

이어 오후에는 지역사회와의 상생 및 나눔 가치 실현을 위해 관내 아동복지시설인 '더불어숲지역아동센터'와 '나무와숲지역아동센터'를 직접 방문했다.

센터 직원들은 직접 준비한 '제로웨이스트 실천 물품'을 전달하며 환경보호 메시지를 전하고 지역 아동들과 따뜻한 정을 나누는 등 사회적 책임을 다했다.

최진범 센터장은 “천연 아로마테라피를 통한 자기돌봄과 지역아동센터 나눔 활동을 통해 종사자들이 번아웃을 예방하고 청소년 상담 전문가로서의 보람과 소명의식을 다시금 확인할 수 있었다”며 “앞으로도 종사자들의 정서적 건강을 적극 지원하고 건강한 조직 문화를 구축하여 제주시 청소년들에게 보다 질 높은 상담·복지 서비스를 제공하겠다”고 전했다.

On Wednesday, August 12, the center conducted its "H2 2026 Burnout Prevention Program" tailored for all center employees.
The morning session, held at the center, featured an interactive workshop titled "Eco-Friendly Self-Care & Aromatherapy: Understanding and Practicing Natural Scents." Participants learned the distinct differences between synthetic fragrances and natural essential oils, as well as safe application methods.
