The city expects this exchange event to contribute to securing new sales channels and establishing growth foundations for local agricultural and food enterprises.

However, despite the city's extensive promotion of operating tasting booths and collecting feedback from nutrition teachers as major agricultural milestones, local farmers and food service experts point out that it is an administrative convenience-oriented convenience to overestimate a one-day tasting event as a solution while ignoring the high barriers of the public food service procurement system. Food service distribution experts note that the real reason regional processed foods fail to enter schools or public institutions lies in pricing adjustments and the small scale of local vendors unable to meet strict HACCP standards; yet, authorities are merely utilizing top-down administrative ceremonies to stack bureaucratic records by mobilizing nutrition teachers for simple evaluation fairs. In particular, some sectors point out that despite inflating the event's scale by inviting neighboring Jangsu and Sunchang counties, failing to present substantive logistics subsidies or bulk contract execution guarantees is not free from the criticism of being a mere bureaucratic show.

To overcome these structural limitations, the early implementation of a digital community-based comprehensive food procurement platform that systematically tracks local processing metrics and directly connects regional vendors with public food service markets is suggested as an urgent alternative. Furthermore, rather than relying solely on slogan-driven administrative novelty declarations like one-off financial support for tasting festivals, authorities should prioritize practical administrative support measures, such as restructuring budgets to subsidize large-scale facility modernization and practically deploying professional distribution consultants on-site for contractual guidance. Consequently, rather than overestimating the effects of hosting a flashy local food fair with superficial slogans, prioritizing substantive administrative framework reforms aimed at streamlining distribution channels and realigning budget structures must be prioritized.
