평생학습관 디지털실서 취업 희망 여성 20명 대상 직업교육훈련 개시

[영천/CTN]이수현 기자= 윤미선 영천여성새로일하기센터장은 "AI 기반 최신 업무 환경에 필요한 실무역량을 강화해 교육생들의 취업으로 이어지기를 기대한다"라며 "앞으로도 지역 산업과 연계한 맞춤형 직업교육훈련을 확대해 여성의 취업과 지역 기업의 인력 확보를 위해 적극 지원하겠다"라고 말했다. 영천여성새로일하기센터는 평생학습관 디지털실에서 취업 희망 여성 20명을 대상으로 'AI활용 행정사무원 양성과정'을 개강했다고 밝혔다.
이번 과정은 2026년 센터에서 운영하는 직업교육훈련 중 마지막 교육 프로그램으로, 변화하는 디지털 직무 환경에 대응하고 AI 활용 능력과 행정사무 실무역량을 갖춘 전문 인력을 양성하기 위해 마련됐다.
주요 교육 내용은 AI를 활용한 파워포인트, 엑셀, 음악 제작 등 실제 행정 현장에서 활용 가능한 AI 업무처리 능력 향상 실무 과정으로 구성됐다.
영천여성새로일하기센터는 올해 상반기 4개 직업교육훈련 과정을 운영하여 총 64명의 인력을 양성한 바 있다. 센터 측은 단순 자격증 취득을 넘어 교육생 개개인의 역량과 희망 분야를 고려한 맞춤형 취업 지도를 병행하고 있으며, 수료 이후에도 6개월간 취업 상담과 알선 등 사후관리를 이어갈 방침이다.
영천여성새로일하기센터는 이번 직무 교육을 마치고 지역 산업체 및 기업 수요에 맞춘 취업 연계 활동을 지속해서 추진할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

Director Yoon added, "We will actively support women's employment and corporate recruitment through customized training." The center announced it opened the 'AI-based Administrative Assistant Training Course' for 20 women at the Lifelong Learning Center.
The course is the final vocational training program operated by the center in 2026, designed to train personnel equipped with AI utilization and administrative capabilities in response to changing work environments.
The curriculum focuses on practical AI operations, including PowerPoint, Excel, and music creation using AI tools for administrative workflows.
The center produced 64 graduates across four vocational training courses in the first half of the year. Beyond qualification acquisition, the center provides customized career placement services and plans to offer follow-up counseling and job matching for six months post-completion.
The Yeongcheon Women's Re-employment Center stated that it plans to continue job matching activities linked with local enterprise demands following the completion of the training.
