[대구/CTN]이수현 기자= 김정기 대구광역시 행정부시장은 "규제조정단은 부서 간 칸막이를 넘어 신속하게 해결책을 마련하는 원스톱 창구가 될 것이다"라며 "시민생활과 기업활동에 걸림돌이 되는 불합리한 규제를 과감히 혁신하겠다"라고 말했다. 대구광역시는 시청 산격청사에서 규제조정단 킥오프 회의를 열고 현장 중심 규제혁신 상시 대응체계를 가동했다고 밝혔다.
대구시에 따르면 규제조정단은 행정부시장을 단장으로 한 13명의 조정위원과 민간 전문가 20여 명의 규제자문그룹으로 구성되었으며, 이번 회의에서 공공 건설·건축 분야 현안 2건을 조정했다.
시는 향후 안건 발생 시 수시 회의를 개최하고 중앙부처 불수용 과제 대응 및 적극행정 면책제도 관련 조례 개정도 함께 추진할 방침이다.
지방정부가 부서 간 이견을 조정하고 기업 애로사항을 해결하기 위해 내부 협의 기구를 만들고 회의를 개최하는 것은 지자체의 정례적인 규제 개선 절차다.
