[순천/CTN]하성매 기자= 순천시 관계자는 "신청사는 앞으로 오랜 기간 시민들이 이용할 순천의 대표 공공시설인 만큼 마지막까지 품질과 안전을 꼼꼼하게 확인하겠다"라며 "입주뿐만 아니라 시설물 인수인계와 2단계 공사까지 철저히 관리해 시민들이 안전하고 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 청사를 완성하겠다"라고 말했다.
전라남도 순천시는 오는 10월 중순 신청사 입주를 앞두고 건축 마감 상태 및 주요 시설물에 대한 예비준공검사를 진행했다고 밝혔다.
지난 9월 18일 실시된 예비준공검사에는 시 관계 부서와 시공사 등 57명이 참여해 전기, 기계, 소방, 통신 등 건물 내·외부 시설 전반을 점검했다.
순천시는 10월 중순부터 부서별 순차 입주를 시작해 11월 말까지 1단계 입주를 마치고, 2027년 1월까지 시설물 인수인계 및 운영 안정화 과정을 추진할 계획이다.
1단계 공사 완료 후 오는 12월부터는 기존 청사 철거 작업을 시작으로 지하주차장과 중앙공원을 조성하는 2단계 후속 공정에 들어간다.
순천시는 입주 기간 중 시민 불편을 최소화하고 시공사·감리단과 협력해 2027년 10월 신청사 건립사업 전체 공정을 최종 마무리지을 방침이라고 밝혔다.
