[포항/CTN]이수현 기자= 김신 포항시 일자리경제국장은 "추석 명절을 앞두고 시민 여러분이 느끼는 물가 부담을 조금이나마 덜 수 있도록 관계 부서와 함께 생활물가 안정에 최선을 다하겠다"라며 "전통시장과 골목상권을 찾는 시민들의 발걸음이 소상공인의 매출 증대와 민생경제 활성화로 이어질 수 있도록 다양한 지원책도 차질 없이 추진하겠다"라고 말했다.
경상북도 포항시는 추석 명절을 앞두고 9월 4일 시청 중회의실에서 물가안정대책회의를 열고 성수기 물가 관리 방안을 점검했다고 밝혔다.
시는 물가안정 대책 T/F팀을 통해 명절 성수품 원산지 표시, 가격표시제 이행 여부, 부정 축산물 유통 등 불공정 거래 행위를 집중 점검할 예정이다.
최근 소비자물가가 3%대로 오르고 철강산업 침체로 소비가 위축됨에 따라 시는 민생 안정 지원책도 병행 추진한다.
시는 지난 9월 2일부터 포항사랑상품권 600억 원을 10% 할인 판매하고 있으며 착한가격업소 결제 시 5% 추가 할인을 제공한다.
아울러 온누리상품권 사용처를 늘리기 위해 골목형상점가 7개소를 추가 지정해 총 12개소로 확대할 계획이다.
포항시는 전통시장 농축수산물 환급행사를 연계해 지역 내 소비 확산과 소상공인 매출 증대를 도모하겠다고 밝혔다.
