About the Author
The author, Dr. Yong-kwon Park, holds a Ph.D. in Coaching and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Korea Certified Supervisor Coach (KSC) with the Korea Coach Association, and a certified trainer with the NLP Korea Association.

He teaches coaching, NLP, and leadership at the graduate schools of Namseoul University and Nazarene University, and is also an honorary professor at the National College of Science and Technology (NCST) in the Philippines.

He has conducted coaching and mental training for Taekwondo instructors, parents, and leaders in domestic and international educational settings, including Malaysia, the Philippines, and Brunei.
