특히 올해는 유증상자 현황과 섭취 식품 정보를 인공지능으로 분석하는 'AI 식중독원인추정시스템'을 훈련에 처음 도입하며 대대적인 홍보에 나섰지만, 이는 데이터 입력에 의존하는 사후 분석 툴일 뿐 현장의 소급적인 위생 불량 문제를 사전에 막기엔 역부족이라는 지적이다. 최근 기후변화와 이른 무더위로 식중독 위험이 급증하는 상황에서 모의훈련과 수칙 홍보라는 연례행사성 대응에만 머무를 뿐, 영세 급식 시설이나 노후화된 현장에 실무적인 위생 장비를 지원하거나 상시 감시관을 확대 배치하는 등의 실질적인 인프라 개선 노력이 보이지 않는다는 점은 전시 행정의 단면을 보여준다.

이러한 보여주기식 훈련의 한계를 넘어서려면 단순 시뮬레이션에 그칠 것이 아니라, 훈련에 도입된 AI 예측 데이터를 기반으로 식중독 발생 우려가 높은 관내 취약 급식소를 실시간 등급화하고 현장 불시 점검반을 상설 가동하는 'AI 연계 고위험군 상시 타격대'를 신설해야 한다. 나아가 일회성 위생수칙 홍보에 예산을 낭비하기보다, 민간 급식소의 노후 조리 시설 교체비용을 직접 보조하거나 전문 방역 인력을 주기적으로 파견하는 실무형 행정 지원책을 선행해야만 무더위 속 시민들의 밥상 안전을 실질적으로 담보할 수 있을 것이다.

Amid a sharp rise in food poisoning risks driven by recent climate change and early sweltering heat, the city limits itself to annual event-style responses like mock drills and routine slogan promotions. The lack of practical infrastructure improvements—such as supporting practical sanitation equipment for small-scale cafeterias or expanding the deployment of regular inspectors—plainly exposes the reality of its exhibition administration.

To overcome the limitations of such show-style drills, the city must move beyond simple simulations and instead use the AI prediction data to rank vulnerable cafeterias in real time, establishing a permanently operating 'AI-linked High-risk Group Special Task Force' for unannounced on-site inspections. Furthermore, rather than wasting budget on one-off hygiene campaign advertisements, the city should prioritize practical administrative support measures, such as directly subsidizing the replacement costs of outdated cooking facilities at private cafeterias or periodically dispatching professional quarantine personnel, to substantially guarantee citizens' dining safety amidst the blistering heat.
