[전남광주/CTN]최영준 기자= 고광완 전남광주통합특별시 안전민생부시장은 "이노플러스 스테이지는 우수한 기술과 아이디어를 가진 제조창업기업이 제품화와 실증, 투자유치로 도약하는 성장의 무대다"라며 "통합특별시의 연구·생산 인프라와 민간의 전문역량을 촘촘히 연결해 제조창업기업이 지역에 뿌리내리고 성장할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다"라고 말했다.
전남광주통합특별시는 9월 15일 북구 본촌산업단지에서 제조창업기업 육성과 인공지능 전환(AX) 지원을 위한 '이노플러스 스테이지' 개관식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이 시설은 총사업비 427억 원을 투입해 연면적 1만 4천416.92㎡, 지상 7층 규모로 건립됐으며 기업 입주공간 84개실과 IR룸 등을 갖췄다.
이날 개관식에서는 전남광주통합특별시를 비롯해 한국전자기술연구원, 기술보증기금 등 12개 유관기관이 제조혁신 생태계 조성을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
협약 기관들은 기관별 장비와 자금 인프라를 연계해 우수 제조기업 발굴, 시제품 제작, 투자 연계 등을 공동 추진하기로 모의했다.
시는 이번 개관을 계기로 지역 내 연구 및 생산 인프라를 결합해 제조창업기업의 단계별 후속 성장을 밀착 지원할 방침이다.

During the ceremony, 12 institutions—including the integrated city, Korea Electronics Technology Institute, and Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund—signed a memorandum of understanding to link tech and financial support.
The integrated city stated it will continue to leverage regional production infrastructure to facilitate step-by-step growth for local manufacturing firms.
