[대구/CTN]이수현 기자= 김병환 대구광역시 건축주택국장은 "이번 교육에 많은 입주민과 공동주택 관계자들이 참여해 아파트 관리에 대한 높은 관심을 확인할 수 있었다"라며 "앞으로도 교육의 내실화를 통해 실질적인 정보를 제공하고 투명한 공동주택 관리 문화가 정착될 수 있도록 노력하겠다"라고 말했다.
대구광역시는 공동주택 입주민과 입주자대표회의의 자율적인 관리 역량을 높이기 위해 9월 1일부터 3일까지 '2026년 아파트관리 열린 주민학교'를 운영했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 서구문화회관, 구수산도서관, 대구교통연수원 등 3개 권역에서 나누어 진행됐다.
교육 현장에는 공동주택 입주민과 동별 대표자, 관리사무소 직원 등 총 600여 명이 참석했다.
대구시는 층간소음 갈등관리, 공동주택 회계관리, 입주자대표회의 운영 및 윤리교육, 용역근로자 관리 등 현장에서 자주 발생하는 문제들을 중심으로 교육 내용을 구성했다.
특히 회계사 등 각 분야 전문가들이 실제 사례를 바탕으로 강의를 진행하고 참석자들의 궁금증을 직접 해소하는 질의응답 시간을 가졌다.
대구시는 앞으로도 주민 참여 기회를 확대해 투명하고 효율적인 아파트 관리 환경을 조성할 방침이라고 밝혔다.
