성남시에 따르면 이번 비상소집 훈련에는 본청과 사업소, 3개 구청의 실·국·소·단장, 부서장, 주무팀장 등 필수요원이 참석했다.
훈련은 을지연습 홍보영상 시청을 시작으로 비상소집 응소인원 보고와 시장 훈시 순으로 진행됐으며, 국가비상사태 발생 시 신속한 대응체계 구축과 행정기능 유지를 목표로 추진됐다.
