[CTN/사회]가금현 기자=한국농어촌공사 서산태안지사(지사장 이순보)가 약 1년 6개월간 진행한 신청사 신축공사를 마무리하고 오는 10월 28일부터 신청사에서 본격적인 업무에 들어간다.

서산태안지사는 그동안 서산시 안견로 252에 위치한 구 대신증권 빌딩을 임시사무실로 활용해 업무를 수행해 왔다.

이번 신청사 건립은 지역 농어업인들에게 보다 쾌적하고 효율적인 행정 서비스를 제공하고, 지역 농어촌 발전사업을 안정적으로 추진할 수 있는 업무 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.

신청사 이전은 오는 10월 26일(일)부터 27일(월)까지 이틀간 진행된다.

이에 따라 10월 28일(화)부터는 서산시 무석3로 7에 위치한 신청사에서 모든 업무가 정상적으로 운영될 예정이다.

이어 10월 30일(목) 오후 3시에는 주요 관계자와 지역 주민 등이 참석한 가운데 신청사 준공식이 개최된다.

새롭게 문을 여는 신청사는 최신 시설과 효율적인 업무 동선을 갖춰 방문 고객들의 이용 편의를 높이는 데 중점을 뒀다.

또한 안정적인 농업용수 공급을 비롯해 농지은행사업, 농어촌 정비사업 등 지역 특성에 맞는 농어촌 발전사업을 더욱 효율적으로 추진할 수 있는 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.

이순보 지사장은 "약 1년 5개월 동안의 공사 기간과 임시사무실 운영에도 변함없는 성원과 협조를 보내주신 지역 농어업인과 유관기관 관계자분들께 깊이 감사드린다"며 "새로운 신청사 입주를 계기로 지역 농어업 발전과 농어민 소득 증대를 위한 고품질 서비스를 제공하는 데 최선을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.

한편 한국농어촌공사 서산태안지사는 신청사 이전을 계기로 지역 농어업인의 현장 수요에 적극 대응하고, 농업용수 관리와 농지은행, 농어촌 정비 등 주요 사업을 차질 없이 추진해 지역 농어촌 발전에 기여한다는 방침이다.

The Seosan-Taean Branch of the Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC), headed by Branch Director Lee Soon-bo, has completed approximately 18 months of construction on its new office building and will officially begin operations at the new location on October 28.
The Seosan-Taean Branch has been operating from a temporary office at 252 Angyeon-ro, Seosan-si, the former Daishin Securities building, while construction of the new office was underway. The new office project was undertaken to provide local farmers and fishermen with a more comfortable and efficient administrative service environment and to establish a stable foundation for promoting rural development projects in the region.
The relocation will take place over two days, from October 26 to 27. Starting October 28, all operations will resume normally at the new office located at 7 Museok 3-ro, Seosan-si.
A completion ceremony for the new office will also be held at 3 p.m. on October 30, with major officials, related organizations and local residents expected to attend.
The newly completed office features modern facilities and an efficient layout designed to improve convenience for visitors. It is also expected to provide a stronger foundation for the effective implementation of key regional projects, including stable agricultural water supply, the Farmland Bank Program and rural development and improvement projects.
Lee Soon-bo, director of the KRC Seosan-Taean Branch, said, “We sincerely thank the local farmers and fishermen, as well as officials from related organizations, for their continued support and cooperation throughout the approximately 17-month construction period and the operation of our temporary office.”
He added, “With the move into the new office, we will do our utmost to provide high-quality services that contribute to the development of local agriculture and fishing communities and to increasing the income of farmers and fishermen.”
The Seosan-Taean Branch plans to use the relocation as an opportunity to respond more actively to the needs of local farmers and fishermen while continuing to carry out major projects, including agricultural water management, the Farmland Bank Program and rural development projects, contributing to the sustainable development of rural communities in the region.
