[법제처/CTN]가요진 기자= 조원철 법제처장은 "일의 경계에 머무르지 않고 국민을 위해 한 걸음 더 나아가는 데에서 혁신이 시작된다"라며 "국민이 체감하는 특별한 성과를 만들어 낸 직원에게 특별한 보상으로 화답하여 성과 중심의 조직문화를 만들어 가겠다"라고 말했다.
법제처는 9월 7일 월간업무회의에서 '제3회 특별성과 포상 수여식'을 열고 탁월한 업무 성과를 거둔 4개 팀에 총 1,900만 원의 포상금과 표창을 수여했다고 밝혔다.
올해 도입된 특별성과 포상금 제도는 이번 3회 수여식부터 업무 특성을 고려해 정책 분야와 법제 분야로 나누어 진행됐다.
정책 분야에서는 행정안전부·과기정통부와 협력해 전문 개발 인력 없이 'AI 법령 비서 에이전트'를 개발한 이기승·백찬황 사무관이 700만 원의 포상금을 받았다.
또한 의원발의 법안의 주요 쟁점을 검토하는 에이전트를 자체 개발해 조직 내 AI 활용을 확산시킨 전태석 법제관이 300만 원을 받았다.
법제 분야에서는 국정입법 과제의 부처 간 이견을 조정하고 입법을 지원한 곽경림 법제관 등 6명이 700만 원, 방산 대응구매 제도 법제화를 신속히 이끈 이영진 법제관 등 2명이 200만 원을 받았다.
법제처는 내부 혁신과 성과 중심의 공직 문화를 확립하기 위해 파격적인 보상 제도를 지속해서 운영해 나갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.

The Ministry of Government Legislation announced on September 9 that it held the '3rd Special Achievement Award Ceremony' on September 7, awarding 19 million KRW in total prize money to 4 teams.
Introduced this year, the internal reward system categorized awards into policy and legislative divisions starting from this third ceremony.
In the policy sector, officials who developed the 'AI Legal Assistant Agent' to speed up legal review times received a 7 million KRW award.
Another official received 3 million KRW for creating an AI agent designed to analyze key legal issues in lawmaker-sponsored bills.
In the legislative sector, teams involved in resolving inter-agency disputes over national legislation and legalizing defense counter-purchase systems were awarded 7 million KRW and 2 million KRW, respectively.
The Ministry stated it will continue operating the performance-based incentive program to boost organizational efficiency.
