[인천/CTN]주대호 기자= 윤병철 인천광역시 행정국장은 "민선 9기 조직개편과 인사발령이 모두 마무리된 만큼 새로운 조직체계의 조기 안착과 원활한 시·군·구 간 인사 교류 협력에 모두가 한마음으로 힘을 모아달라"라고 말했다.
인천광역시는 시청 공감회의실에서 민선 9기 출범 및 행정체제 개편 이후 처음으로 11개 군·구 인사 담당자들과 함께 '군·구 인사 교류 협력 상생 협의회'를 개최했다고 9월 4일 밝혔다.
이번 협의회에는 인천시 인사과장과 11개 군·구 인사 담당자들이 대거 참석해 신규자 배치 등 공동 대응이 필요한 인사 현안을 공유하고 긴밀한 협력 방안을 논의했다.
회의에서는 시·군·구 인사 원팀 협력체계 운영 방안과 행정체제 개편에 따른 조직 운영 핵심 과제들이 다각도로 다뤄졌다.
특히 인천시가 자체 개발한 카카오톡 기반 'AI 인사 챗봇' 도입 방안이 주요 안건으로 제시됐다.
인천시는 인사, 복무, 교육, 채용, 급여 등 6개 분야 메뉴로 구성된 AI 챗봇을 활용해 군·구 담당자들과 24시간 실시간 소통하는 협력 체계를 구축하기로 했다.
인천시는 해당 AI 챗봇 서비스를 향후 소직 직원과 퇴직자, 신규자는 물론 공직 채용을 희망하는 시민들에게까지 확대해 맞춤형 인사 정보를 제공할 방침이라고 밝혔다.

Key agenda items included building a 'One-Team' personnel system and reviewing core organizational challenges such as assigning new employees.
Incheon City introduced a KakaoTalk-based 'AI Personnel Chatbot' covering six major areas—including recruitment, leave, and salary—to enable 24-hour real-time collaboration.
The city stated it plans to expand the AI chatbot service in phases to all employees, retirees, and citizens seeking public service employment.
