[인천/CTN]주대호 기자= 박성순 인천광역시 교통정책국장은 "이번 임금·단체협상 타결은 시민 불편을 최소화하고 안정적인 시내버스 운영을 유지하기 위해 노·사·정이 함께 노력한 결과이다"라며 "앞으로도 대중교통 서비스의 안정성과 공공성을 높이기 위해 지속적으로 협력해 나가겠다"라고 말했다. 인천광역시는 지방노동위원회 조정회의에서 시내버스 노사가 협상을 타결함에 따라 시내버스가 정상 운행되었다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면 노사는 14시간에 걸친 논의 끝에 기본시급 4.5% 인상, 무사고 수당 1만 5천 원 인상, 시내·광역 간 촉탁직 임금 격차 해소 등에 합의했다.
이번 타결로 출퇴근길 교통 대란은 피하게 되었으며, 시는 노사정 간의 상호 이해와 대화를 통한 성과라고 자평했다.
