[CTN문학관]가금현 기자= 삶이 곧 배움이 되는 감동적인 시간이 다가온다.

노둣돌평생교육원과 노둣돌교육진흥회는 오는 9월 30일(수) 오후 6시 30분, 서산시 율지2로에 위치한 노둣돌평생교육원(학성텔 2층)에서 선배시민 이영월 시인과 함께하는 토크쇼를 개최한다.

"배우는 기쁨, 만나는 즐거움, 나누는 행복, 성장하는 우리!"라는 슬로건 아래 열리는 이번 평생학습마당은 한 시대를 치열하게 살아온 선배시민이 후배시민들에게 들려주는 여든 해의 삶과 지혜를 나누는 자리로 마련됐다.

특히 이번 만남은 후배 시민들이 평소 궁금했던 점을 선배시민에게 직접 질문하고 배우는 쌍방향 소통의 장으로 기대를 모으고 있다.

초청 손님인 이영월 시인은 2007년 고졸검정고시에 합격하고, 2014년 한국방송통신대학교 문화교양학과를 졸업하는 등 배움을 향한 식지 않는 열정을 보여주었다.

이후 2018년 첫 시집 《매화꽃 필 때》를 시작으로, 자전에세이집 《노올에 비친 윤슬》, 시집 《하늘길 열리면 눈물의 방》, 《베 옷 한 벌》 등 깊이 있는 작품들을 꾸준히 펴내며 문학적 행보를 이어오고 있다.

이번 행사는 '같이의 가치'를 되새기는 소중한 시간이 될 것이며, 참석하는 후배시민들에게는 이영월 시인의 다섯 번째 시집이 특별 선물로 증정될 예정이다.

서산시문인협회 최연희 회장은 "깊어가는 계절, 선배시민의 따뜻한 지혜와 문학적 향기가 가득할 이번 토크쇼에 지역 주민들의 많은 관심과 참여가 기대된다"고 말했다.

The Nodutdol Lifelong Education Center and the Nodutdol Education Promotion Foundation will host a special talk show featuring senior citizen and poet Lee Young-wol on September 30, 2026 (Wednesday) at 6:30 PM at the Nodutdol Lifelong Education Center (2nd floor, Haksung Tel, 10 Yulji 2-ro, Seosan-si).
Held under the slogan, "The joy of learning, the pleasure of meeting, the happiness of sharing, and our growth together!", this lifelong learning event is designed to share 80 years of life and wisdom passed down from a senior citizen who has lived through an era to the junior citizens. In particular, this gathering is anticipated as an interactive communication platform where junior citizens can ask questions and learn directly from a senior citizen.
Poet Lee Young-wol has demonstrated an enduring passion for learning, passing the high school graduation equivalency exam in 2007 and graduating from the Department of Cultural and Humanities at Korea National Open University in 2014. Since publishing her first poetry collection, When Plum Blossoms Bloom, in 2018, she has continued her literary journey by steadily releasing works such as her autobiographical essay collection Sunlight Reflected on Ripples, and poetry collections When the Skyway Opens, A Room of Tears and A Suit of Hemp Clothes.
This event will be a precious time to reflect on the "value of togetherness," and attending junior citizens will receive Poet Lee Young-wol's fifth poetry collection as a special gift.
