Particularly this year, the city heavily promoted the scale of its 3rd annual operation by deploying two shuttles over a 9.7km loop with a budget of 581 million won through a partnership with Lotte Innovate. However, critics point out that this is an administrative convenience-oriented obsession with achievements that highlights theoretical digital novelty while completely lacking concrete solutions for immediate regional equity, as the fiscal scale was actually slashed in half from last year's 1.2 billion won, cutting down routes from three to two. Amid declining regional infrastructure continuity that makes tourism networks more volatile, the municipal government limits its response to temporary agency VR station installations to stack annual record books. The lack of practical developments—such as expanding baseline technical surveillance or directly underwriting automated vehicular tracking setups—plainly exposes the reality of its exhibition administration.

To overcome the limitations of such show-style advanced openings on policy, the city must move beyond simple routine facility counting races and instead establish a digital community-based risk forecasting platform in the jurisdiction that evaluates real-time traffic volume metrics and tourist density patterns to automatically optimize vehicle dispatch sequences. Furthermore, rather than relying solely on slogan-driven administrative hazard declarations, authorities should prioritize practical administrative support measures, such as internalizing a 'Smart Mobility Win-Win Development Support Fund' for underfunded smaller routes and practically deploying professional autonomous safety engineers on-site, which will serve as the realistic turning point to substantially ensure a balanced and safe urban living environment for all citizens.
