Particularly this year, the city heavily promoted that violations were found in only 13 sites out of 121 and that corrective actions are under process. However, critics point out that this is an administrative convenience-oriented obsession with achievements that demands institutional compliance while completely lacking concrete solutions, such as directly funding full-scale precision structural tests or providing actual subsidies for small merchants in aging traditional markets. Amid rising climate anomalies and expanding degradation of public-facing facilities, the local government limits its response to temporary photo-ops of high-ranking officials to stack annual records. The lack of practical developments—such as expanding digital surveillance or directly underwriting reinforcement costs—plainly exposes the reality of its exhibition administration.

To overcome the limitations of such show-style seasonal audits on policy, the city must move beyond simple routine counting races and instead establish a "Smart Building Collapse Risk Real-time Forecasting Linked System" in the jurisdiction that monitors building age, crack propagation vectors, and IoT sensor metrics across regional properties to automatically sound early hazard alarms. Furthermore, rather than relying solely on slogan-driven bureaucratic corrective orders, the city should prioritize practical administrative support measures, such as internalizing a 'Disaster Prevention Structural Reinforcement Fund' for underfunded private structures and practically deploying professional technical advisory teams on-site, which will serve as the realistic turning point to substantially secure the real-world safety of citizens' living environments.
