However, behind the packaging of such a statement presentation as a core achievement of local administration lies a complacent bureaucratic convenience trying to wrap up performance with a trendy framework of mayoral briefings, while turning a blind eye to the 'indiscriminate malicious comments fixed online' and 'aggravated transmission power of fake news distribution' that local citizens actually face on-site. Just as some local governments or agencies held a few short seminars and made a show as if a perfect historical denigration prevention system was established, the current project of Gwangju City merely emphasizes a mayor-led press briefing process. It is difficult to avoid criticism that it was close to a short-term event that left direct legal assistance subsidies from city finances or specific historical distortion punishment law infrastructure supplementation for victims behind, while only aggravating administrative processing performance. At a time when democratic value damage risks are constant across society, broadcasting massive promotions as if all historical information markets can be vitalized by gathering at the situation room for a few monitoring checklist calculations misses the mark of the human rights policy authority's inherent duty.
