[영천/CTN]이수현 기자= 김병삼 영천시장은 "간부공무원부터 젊은 직원까지 세대를 아울러 함께 만들어가는 청렴라디오가 조직문화에 긍정적인 변화를 가져오길 기대한다"라며 "앞으로도 직원들이 공감하며 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 청렴시책을 통해 시민에게 더욱 신뢰받는 공직사회를 만들어가겠다"라고 밝혔다.
영천시(시장 김병삼)는 시청 영상회의실에서 공직사회 청렴문화 확산을 위한 하반기 '청렴라디오' 녹음을 성황리에 진행했다고 발표했다. 이번 녹음에는 김병기 부시장을 포함한 간부공무원 4명과 MZ세대 저연차 직원 7명이 직접 참여하여 세대와 직급을 뛰어넘는 청렴 메시지를 담아냈다.
청렴라디오는 매주 월·수·금요일 오전 9시 시청 및 읍·면·동 전 부서에 송출되는 영천시의 대표 내부 방송 프로그램이다. 직원들의 친숙한 목소리를 통해 공정한 업무 처리, 세대 간 소통과 존중, 갑질 예방, 불합리한 관행 개선 등 청렴 실천 과제를 전달하며 주도적인 공직문화 변화를 이끌어내고 있다.
지난 7월 김병삼 시장의 직접 참여에 이어 이번 간부 및 차세대 직원들의 자발적 합류로 청렴문화 확산 동력이 한층 강화됐다. 영천시는 단판성 교육에서 벗어나 직원들이 깊이 공감하고 체감할 수 있는 현장 맞춤형 청렴시책을 지속 발굴해 나갈 방침이라고 밝혔다.
