[산업부/CTN]가요진 기자= 김태우 산업통상부 무역안보정책관은 "베트남은 우리의 핵심 공급망 파트너인 만큼 양국 간 수출통제 협력을 강화해 첨단산업 생태계 안정성을 뒷받침해 나가겠다"라며 "앞으로도 우리나라의 선진 수출통제 역량을 공유하고 맞춤형 현지 지원을 강화해 우리 기업들이 새로운 제도 변화에 신속하고 원활하게 대응할 수 있도록 할 계획이다"라고 말했다.

산업통상부는 9월 11일 서울에서 베트남 산업무역부와 함께 '제1차 한-베트남 수출통제 대화'를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 베트남이 지난해 10월 수출통제 제도를 신설하고 올해 6월부터 시행함에 따라 양국 간 정례 협력 채널을 가동하기 위해 마련됐다.

산업부 김태우 무역안보정책관과 베트남 응우옌 아잉 선 대외무역국장이 수석대표로 참석해 양국의 수출통제 현안과 협력 방안을 논의했다.

정부는 베트남 공무원단 방한 연수 프로그램과 연계해 인천세관 및 삼성전자 방문 등 국내 현장 견학을 함께 실시했다.

한국 측은 선진 제도 운영 노하우를 공유하고 현지에 진출한 국내 기업들의 애로사항을 베트남 정부 측에 전달했다고 설명했다.

산업부는 해외 주요 파트너국과의 무역 안보 협력을 늘려 국내 첨단산업의 공급망 안전판을 지속해서 강화하겠다고 밝혔다.

The Ministry of Industry announced that it held the '1st Korea-Vietnam Export Control Dialogue' in Seoul on September 11.

The meeting served as the first official bureau-director-level channel following Vietnam's adoption of new export control regulations implemented this June.

The Korean delegation shared operational know-how and conveyed business grievances faced by Korean firms operating locally in Vietnam.

The Ministry of Industry stated it will continue to expand trade security cooperation with key supply chain partners to secure industrial stability.
