(사)안견기념사업회 박수복 이사장이 국회라는 글로벌 공론의 장에서 안견 예술의 세계화와 디지털 혁신이라는 명확한 비전을 제시하며 큰 반향을 일으켰다.

박수복 이사장은 지난 8월 27일 서울 여의도 국회의원회관 대회의실에서 열린 '제7회 국제지식경제포럼(IKEF)'의 연사로 무대에 올랐다.

'지식과 혁신으로 여는 미래 번영의 길'을 주제로 열린 이번 포럼은 문진석 국회의원실과 국제지식경제포럼 조직위원회가 주최하고, (재)국제언론인클럽 등 관련 기관이 공동 주관한 자리다.

외교·경제·AI·디지털 금융·문화예술을 입체적으로 융합해 미래 국가 성장전략을 모색하는 글로벌 지식 교류의 장이었다.

이날 현장에는 노엘 임마누엘 카간다 주한 탄자니아 대사와 하젬 자키 주한 이집트 대사가 직접 참석해 축사를 전했으며, 폴 소바 마사쿼이 주한 시에라리온 대사 역시 영상 축사로 힘을 보탰다.

대사들은 국경을 넘어선 지식 교류와 문화적 연대의 중요성을 역설하며 이번 포럼의 국제적 위상을 확인시켰다.

박 이사장의 강연은 단순한 미술사적 회고에 그치지 않았다. 600년 전 안견이 화폭에 담아낸 이상향과 웅장한 상상력을 오늘날의 AI, Web 3.0, 디지털 금융 기술과 결합해 K-컬처의 새로운 영역을 확장해야 한다는 혁신적 제안이 이어졌다.

Chairman Park took the stage as a keynote speaker at the '7th International Knowledge Economy Forum (IKEF)' held on August 27 at the Main Auditorium of the National Assembly Members' Office Building in Yeouido, Seoul. Hosted by the Office of National Assembly Member Moon Jin-seok and the IKEF Organizing Committee, and co-organized by the International Journalist Club, the forum served as a global platform for exchanging knowledge and exploring future growth strategies by organically connecting diplomacy, economics, AI, digital finance, and arts and culture under the theme "The Path to Future Prosperity Through Knowledge and Innovation."
Distinguished foreign diplomats attended the event to highlight its international significance. H.E. Noel Emmanuel Kaganda, Ambassador of Tanzania to Korea, and H.E. Hazem Zaki, Ambassador of Egypt to Korea, delivered congratulatory speeches in person, while H.E. Paul Sobba Massaquoi, Ambassador of Sierra Leone to Korea, sent a video message. The ambassadors emphasized the importance of cross-border knowledge sharing and cultural solidarity.
Chairman Park's lecture extended beyond a historical retrospective of traditional art. He presented an innovative vision to merge the utopian imagination captured by An Gyeon 600 years ago with modern technologies such as AI, Web 3.0, and digital finance, thereby expanding the horizon of K-Culture. His message—that An Gyeon’s heritage should not remain confined to history but be transformed into digital cultural capital and a core content of the knowledge economy—gained strong resonance among domestic and international experts.
With the original Mongyudowondo currently located overseas, this initiative to reinterpret An Gyeon’s artistic vision in the digital space and build a global brand marks a key turning point in elevating regional heritage into global assets. The 600-year-old imagination that began at the tip of An Gyeon’s brush is now emerging as a powerful cultural driver for future prosperity in the age of digital innovation.
