[식약처/CTN]가요진 기자= 오유경 식품의약품안전처장이 제도의 의의를 강조하며 "노무사 안심상담제도는 직원이 갑질 등으로 피해를 받았을 때 조직 내 눈치를 보지 않고 도움을 요청할 수 있는 안전망이 될 것이다"라며 "식약처는 내부 청렴도 제고를 위해 다양한 청렴시책을 실시하고 있으며, 앞으로도 직원들의 필요에 귀 기울이며 서로 존중하고 배려하는 청렴한 공직문화를 강화하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다"라고 밝혔다. 식품의약품안전처(처장 오유경)는 직장 내 갑질 및 괴롭힘 예방을 위해 외부 노무사를 통한 안심상담제도를 8월부터 운영한다고 밝혔다.
식약처에 따르면 이번 제도는 내부 직원이 신분 노출이나 불이익 걱정 없이 상담을 받을 수 있도록 조직 외부에 독립적인 채널을 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
