However, behind the packaging of such a launch briefing outcome as a core achievement of transportation administration lies a complacent bureaucratic convenience trying to wrap up performance with a trendy framework of corporate collaboration, while turning a blind eye to the 'total absence of existing regular bus routes' and 'aggravated isolation of the regional transportation network outside commuting hours' that local industrial workers actually face on-site.
