[관세청/CTN]가요진 기자= 박헌 관세청 차장은 "냉동 돼지고기 등 물가 영향이 큰 품목에 대해 24시간 신속 통관 지원체계를 가동하는 한편, 수입신고 후 의도적인 반출 지연 등 불공정행위에 대해서는 엄정하게 대응할 것이다"라고 말했다.
박 차장은 이어 "보세구역 입항에서 반출까지 소요 시간을 모니터링해 신속 반출을 유도하고, 할당관세 악용 행위에 대한 특별단속을 지속하겠다"라고 덧붙였다.
관세청은 박헌 차장이 9월 17일 경기도 이천에 위치한 롯데글로벌로지스 이천물류센터를 찾아 할당관세 적용 품목인 냉동 돼지고기의 통관 및 반출 현황을 점검했다고 밝혔다.
이번 점검은 추석 명절을 앞두고 정부의 관세 인하 효과가 소비자 가격에 즉각 반영되도록 유통 지연 요인을 차단하기 위해 추진됐다.
관세청은 현재 냉동 돼지고기, 냉동과일, 해바라기씨유 등 18개 주요 품목을 할당관세 집중관리 대상으로 지정해 특별 관리하고 있다.
현장 점검팀은 보세창고 내 실재고 물량을 확인하고 농림축산식품부 추천요령에 따른 반출 의무기간 준수 여부를 집중 조사했다고 밝혔다.
