[영천/CTN]이수현 기자= 양미랑 영천시청소년상담복지센터장은 "청소년들이 학업과 일상에서 느끼는 마음의 고통을 스스로 돌보고 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 지원하고자 이번 찾아가는 프로그램을 기획했다"라며 "앞으로도 지역 청소년들의 심리적 안정과 위기 예방을 위한 맞춤형 서비스를 확대해 나가겠다"라고 말했다. 영천시청소년상담복지센터는 금호여자중학교와 포은고등학교를 시작으로 2학기 학교파견 ‘심리 외상 예방 및 안정화 프로그램’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
영천시에 따르면 이번 프로그램은 전문 상담 인력이 학교를 직접 찾아가 집단심리검사, 스트레스 및 불안 관리, 자살 예방, 심리 외상 안정화 등을 진행하는 방식으로 구성됐다.
센터는 구미대학교 위탁 운영을 통해 관내 만 9세에서 24세 청소년을 대상으로 다양한 심리 상담 및 교육 서비스를 지원할 방침이다.
학업 스트레스나 불안을 겪는 지역 청소년들을 위해 지자체 상담센터가 학교와 연계하여 찾아가는 집단 상담을 실시하는 것은 청소년 복지 행정의 정례적인 사업이다.
