[조달청/CTN]가요진 기자= 임헌억 조달청 기술서비스국장은 "계약이행실적평가는 사업을 얼마나 충실하고 적극적으로 이행하는지를 평가함으로써 용역 서비스의 품질을 높이기 위한 목적이다"라며 "시범사업을 통해 제도를 보완하고 평가 결과가 우수한 기업에게 인센티브를 부여하는 방안도 검토하겠다"라고 말했다. 조달청은 행사 등 용역 사업의 품질 향상을 위해 계약이행실적평가 제도를 시범 도입한다고 밝혔다.
조달청에 따르면 이번 시범사업은 한국생명공학연구원의 바이오미래 포럼 용역을 시작으로 2027년 상반기까지 진행되며, 전문평가기관인 한국표준협회가 참여해 3단계 20개 지표로 평가를 실시한다.
조달청은 지난 5월 운용규정을 제정한 데 이어 컨벤션 분야에 우선 적용하고, 향후 시범 운영 결과를 바탕으로 제도를 보완해 나갈 방침이다.
공공기관이 조달 계약을 맺은 용역 업체의 이행 과정을 점검하고 서비스 품질을 관리하기 위해 평가 규정을 마련하는 것은 조달 행정의 정례적인 사후 관리 절차다.
