The move where the local government broke away from simple welfare of temporarily paying cash allowances to young people, and instead supplied essential job-seeking items like 'resume photo shoots' and 'interview know-how guidebooks' in connection with local small business photo studios, is evaluated as a highly smart and practical administrative model that captured both youth unemployment relief and local commercial district vitalization. In particular, allocating the number of people equally by district to prevent crowding in specific areas and maximizing the administrative access convenience of the youth generation by introducing a mobile coupon system deserve praise.

However, critics point out that for these youth interview support measures to avoid ending up as one-time coupon issuances and short-term budget-consuming events, 'post-matching managements (post-care)' capable of monitoring employment success after using the coupon and connecting it to actual employment must closely follow.
