천안시 사례관리 담당자들이 15일 일봉동 행정복지센터에서 열린 ‘사례관리 UP-DAY’ 1그룹 첫 회의에서 위기가구 지원을 위한 사례 개입 방안을 공유하고 있다.

시는 지난 15일 일봉동 행정복지센터에서 일봉동, 성환읍, 직산읍, 백석동, 부성2동 맞춤형복지팀 직원들이 대거 참여한 가운데 사례관리 UP-DAY 1그룹 첫 회의를 개최했다. 이번 회의는 이론 중심의 교육에서 완전히 탈피해 실제 복지 현장의 생생한 사례를 정밀 진단하고, 고위험 대상자와의 신뢰 관계 형성 및 현장 대응 방안을 심층 모색하는 집단 슈퍼비전 방식으로 치열하게 진행됐다.
