시는 오는 15일부터 9월 30일까지 관내 응급실 운영기관과 협력해 온열질환 발생 상황을 실시간으로 모니터링하는 감시체계를 본격 운영한다고 14일 밝혔다. 이번 조치는 기후 위기로 인해 해마다 심각해지는 폭염 피해를 최소화하고, 응급 상황 발생 시 신속한 대응 체계를 유지하기 위한 선제적 대응이다.
