서산시자원봉사센터는 9월 17일 서산시공공서비스센터 대회의실에서 제33차 이사회를 개최했다.
이날 이사회에서는 ▲2026년 사업추진실적 보고 ▲규정 일괄개정의 건 ▲위원회 설치 및 운영규정 제정의 건 ▲자원봉사 조정위원회 설치의 건 ▲2026년 제2회 추가경정예산(안) 심의 등이 주요 안건으로 다뤄졌다.
가금현 이사(CTN 편집발행인)는 서산시에 입주한 기업들의 사회공헌활동을 활성화할 수 있는 사업을 적극적으로 발굴할 것을 건의했다.
지역 내 기업들이 보유한 인적·물적 자원과 봉사 역량을 지역사회와 연계해, 시민들이 체감할 수 있는 사회공헌활동을 확대해야 한다는 취지다.
특히 서산지역에 입주한 많은 기업들이 수년전부터 사회공헌 프로그램을 통해 경제적 어려움을 겪는 가정과 복지 사각지대에 놓인 이웃들을 위해 사회공헌에 앞장서는 만큼, 아직도 참여하지 않는 많은 기업들도 참여할 수 있도록 지역 맞춤형 봉사사업을 발굴할 필요성을 제기한 것이다.
